No Quibbles return policy
Any item you order from us can be returned unused with original packaging valid receipt, i.e. not brushed and tags still attached. Wigs not meeting these criteria, or smelling of perfumes or cigarettes will be refused and will be considered USED. Returns can be made within 5 day for a full refund or a replacement, no catch, no quibbles. Should you need to return something, please use the returns form enclosed with your order obtaining a returns authorization number from Trends Wigs & Hair Pieces (can be done by email). Please keep all packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you. Remember to include your name and address, your invoice (located on your outside packing label) and whether you would like a refund or a replacement exchange. Goods lost or arrived damaged will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.
Unconditional refunds/exchanges will be made for defective goods. Please notify us and return within 14 working days of receipt of faulty item.
Cancellations may be done by email or phone, prior to despatch.
(If refunding, any freebies received should be returned (unused) or refund will be less these items. i.e. wig caps, travel kits etc.).
Customers placing their first-time order cannot exceed £250.00 pounds if ordering on-line. First-time customer orders over the £250.00 limit can be order by cheque or postal order. There is a 10 day clearance on cheques and no clearance on Postal order as this applies as cash.
NO MORE THAN 1 REFUND IS ALLOWED FROM ONE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
This does not apply to any items found to be defective.
Exchanges/Refunds returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, and completed return authorization form to expedite the return.
Exchanges/refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee of the original value and returned shipping costs will not be covered by Trends Wigs & Hair Pieces.

For customers protection exchanges/returns should be sent back by their choice of recorded delivery, in the event parcel should go missing en-route to Trends Wigs & Hair Pieces.
Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act are not affected.

Human Hair wigs & Hairpieces are Special orders & are not refundable. We offer an extensive customer order service for the Human Hair products to ensure your satisfaction with these pieces.
Delivery Times
Trends Wigs & Hair Pieces endeavour to ship from stock with normal processing time at 3-10 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery due to promotions or out of stock colours. All orders are shipped via Recorded Delivery, from Trends
Packages that have gone missing in the Postal system are reshipped after tracking notification is completed.
Refunds will be issued only after package has been tracked.
